I had a comfortable quiet and well-appointed room with extra bed and everything was amazing. It had an electric kettle and glassware, but the views were awful. The location was magnificent and the staff was reasonably good during the whole stay!

The hotel has an incredible and wonderful location in Lisbon, right next to the Marques de Pombal and Avenida Metro stations. Situated close to the main Avenida da Liberdade and the trendy neighborhoods of Principe Real and Bairro Alto.

I`ve already been there twice. I like this hotel very much: perfect location (close by Av. de Liberdade, not noisy), free Wi-Fi, good design and very-very helpful staff

The friendly staff is very welcoming and helpful throughout the hotel. the hotel's central location in the heart of the old town is convenient and surrounded by bars and restaurants. - the hotel's proximity to Marques de Pombal, Principe Real, and Bairro Alto, as well as 2 Metro stations, makes it easily accessible for exploring the city.

Service was excellent, especially at the reception where we got excellent recommendations for visits and restaurants. The room was very nice with a beautiful view on the old castle. spacious and very nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Close to all lisbon attractions.
The breakfast was average with a small choice. It is better do get breakfast in one of the hundreds of very nice bakeries in the city. Cheap and delicious.

The staff were always helpful, friendly and always available, nothing was too much trouble and they made the stay lovely for us. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and of a high quality

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, which had easy access to shops, restaurants and the city centre. It also had easy access to the hop-on hop-off bus which we used to access other sightseeing locations. We felt the hotel offered value for money.
The hotel is located at the top of a hill, requiring a steep climb on the return to the hotel. It is quite manageable for fit people but might pose a problem for people with physical problems.
